TCPA & Messaging Consent
What you are agreeing to when you give us your phone number, and how members must handle consent when they message consumers.
This is working draft language provided for structure only. Final legal copy must be reviewed and approved by a licensed attorney before launch. Bracketed items such as [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] must be completed with real entity details.
1.Consent you give us
By submitting your phone number on any AgentLeadFlow form you agree to receive calls and text messages from [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] at that number, including messages sent using automated technology, about your inquiry, your account, and related offers.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
2.Opting out and getting help
- Reply STOP to any text message to end messages to that number.
- Reply HELP for assistance, or email [SUPPORT EMAIL].
- Ask any caller to place you on our internal do-not-call list, and we will honor it.
3.Carrier and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
4.How mobile data is treated
Mobile opt-in data and consent records are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. They are used only to deliver the communications you agreed to receive.
5.Member obligations when messaging consumers
- Members must have a lawful basis for every call and text: prior express written consent for marketing, or another permitted basis.
- Members must scrub against the National Do Not Call Registry, state lists, and their own internal do-not-call records at the required intervals.
- Members must honor opt-out requests immediately and keep records of consent and revocation.
- Members must identify themselves, their brokerage, and their license where required, and observe permitted calling and texting hours.
- Mortgage marketing on the platform is consent and relationship based — never purchased credit triggers.
6.Platform safeguards
- Automatic suppression of opted-out contacts across campaigns.
- Quiet-hour windows and frequency limits applied by default.
- Consent capture and timestamp records stored with each contact.
- Sensitive campaigns gated pending brokerage review and approval.
7.Not legal advice
This notice is general information, not legal advice. Members are responsible for compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and must have their brokerage review and approve any campaign before use.
